Attendance Matters

Each week we will look at grade level attendance for the week. Our goal is that each day 97% of our student population attends school daily. Please remember if your child is going to be absent for any reason please call the absent line to make us aware of the absence.

Grade Level Attendance 9/28-10/2

Grade 6: 96.6%
Grade 7: 96.7%
Grade 8: 97.4%

We climbed back up this week, let's keep the momentum going!

Title I Targeted Assistance Program for the 2026–2027 School Year

In accordance with Massachusetts guidance, Title I Targeted Assistance schools identify students who would benefit from additional academic support using multiple, objective, educationally related criteria. Based on a review of i-Ready Diagnostic Assessment scores, DIBELS benchmark assessments, classroom literacy performance data, report cards, and teacher observations, students are identified as being above, at or below grade level for literacy skills. Due to budget constraints the interventions for all students will occur within the general education classroom instruction. Students receive specialized, supplemental literacy instruction focused on building core reading skills through evidence-based practices to bridge grade level gaps.

These services are provided by staff that are DESE licensed 5–8 English/ELA teachers.
Our goal is to support your child in reaching challenging Massachusetts academic standards.

If you have any questions about these services, please feel free to reach out to us.

Campus Programs

The Campus Programs Department is offering a Drama Kids International program and Tennis Intramurals for grades 6-8.

Agenda Website

We continue to support students and families through the use of our Agenda Website, which can be found through the popular links button on our website.  We encourage students to take responsibility of daily and weekly assignments and to use this website to stay on track with their classwork.
